Cancellation Policy

Since the services are reserved for you personally, your deposit will be forfeited if there is no show or cancelation before 24 hours (for lash, brow, and other services)- 48hrs(PMUs). No exceptions. Please arrive promptly for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. If you arrive late more than 10mins, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next clients. New deposit required if rescheduled is needed. No exceptions. There are no refunds on any services. No exceptions. 3% processing fee will be applied to any payment made with credit/debit cards & deposit refund transactions for cancellation. Please contact or text us at 240-490-2220 for refund if you cancel an appointment.
