• By booking, you are securing the artist's time and availability. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your appointment ,If you cancel, fail to attend your appointment, reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or decide not to proceed with the service upon arrival for any reason, the retainer fee will be forfeited. No exceptions. The retainer fee will go towards your services.

• To all lash appointments, please arrive with clean lashes or a $ 10 lash bath fee will be applied.

• Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved exclusively for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for PMU & 24 hours notice for other services for cancellations & rescheduling .

• Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

• Child free zone for relaxing experience. Having children present can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere & may distract the technician during services that require precision and full attention. For the safety of your child and to ensure the highest quality service, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

• Please arrive promptly for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

• While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

• If you arrive late more than 10mins, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, cancellation of the appointment, and forfeiture of any retainer fee. No exceptions.

• There is no refunds on any services. No exceptions.

• Full payment is due at the time of your appointment and must be made before leaving the salon.

• 3% processing fee will be applied to any payment made with credit/debit cards & deposit refund transactions for cancellation.

• Appointments can ONLY be rescheduled, canceled via text/call at 240-490-2220 or by logging into your account 24hrs (other services) - 48 hours(for PMU services) prior to your appointment to qualify for a refund.
